Who We Are

Eight13 Trans LLC is an NEMT provider. Our company was born out of a deep-rooted frustration with the shortcomings of the existing NEMT industry. The CEO is a former associate of a brokerage company and witnessed firsthand the challenges faced by constituents who relied on these services. From excessive delays to outright abandonment, it became clear that a new approach was desperately needed. Driven by a passion for providing reliable and compassionate care, Eight13 Trans was founded to redefine the NEMT experience.

What We Do

Eight13 Trans addresses the critical issue of unreliable NEMT services in the Chicagoland area. Many members with critical medical needs, such as dialysis, physical therapy etc. struggle with:

• Late Arrivals and Missed Appointments: Unreliable NEMT providers often cause members to miss or be late for appointments, jeopardizing their health.
• Lack of Compassion: Current providers may not prioritize members comfort or have staff adequately trained to handle specific needs.
• Unfair Practices: Some providers leave members stranded, causing them to find another way home.
